Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when you can receive a refund for credits and subscriptions purchased on PDFPal.ai.

Failed translations

If a translation job fails, the credits reserved for that job are automatically refunded to your balance. You do not need to contact us for failed jobs.

Credit packs

Credits are consumed as you translate (1 credit = 1 translated page). Credits that have already been used are non-refundable. If you purchased credits you have not used and believe you are entitled to a refund, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will review the request in good faith.

Subscriptions

• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
• After cancellation, you keep access until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for the unused portion, except where required by law.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Please cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.

Duplicate or erroneous charges

If you were charged in error or more than once, contact us and we will refund verified duplicate or erroneous charges.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this Policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.

Email support@pdfpal.ai from the address on your account, including your order details. We aim to respond within a few business days.
